Shipping

All items are shipped via UPS. All orders will be shipped within 4-8 business days and standard shipping time frame is 3-5 business days. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

For the Black Friday sale, please allow between 4-12 business days to process all orders unless otherwise specified on individual product page.

Once the order is shipped, Eikon Threads is not responsible for the delivery of the product. If your package does not arrive within the allotted amount of time, please send a screenshot of the package tracking to solutions@eikonthreads.net so that Eikon Threads can assist with resolving the issue.

Please note: Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

International orders can take 3-14 business days depending on which shipping is selected.  Eikon Threads does not cover any tariffs or custom fees.

Eikon Threads isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received the package, please file a claim with United Postal Service to get this resolved. All packages are insured by UPS.

Eikon Threads is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

If your package unsuccessfully delivered and is sent back to Eikon Threads, once received, you are responsible for additional shipping fees, and a store credit/refund will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.

 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns and/or exchanges on any of our products. Feel free to reach out via email to solutions@eikonthreads.net for any questions or concerns.  

Since the timeline for order processing begins immediately after the order is submitted, order modifications of any kind are not permitted.
